Advertising Opportunities: Plan Now & Promote Now!

What events are you leading next month or next season? Why not advertise them in the ICF-GTA Monthly e-bulletin? The e-bulletin is distributed on the last Friday of each month and is also published on our website for the duration of the month for extra exposure.

Did you know that as a Full Supporter you get to advertise one event that you are leading for free? The second advertisement only costs $75.00!

As a Basic Supporter, you get unlimited submissions of events that you are leading for only $100.00 plus GST.

Not a member yet? We would still love to help profile the events that you are presenting that might be of interest to our members. Each submission is $150.00 plus GST.

Remember that all submissions should be emailed to kim@gtacoaches.com by the second Friday of each month. For more information please see full submission guidelines below.

ICF-GTA Full Supporters (Paid the $75 Chapter fee):

• Limited to 1 free submission per month
• Unlimited paid submissions ($75 + GST each) 

ICF-GTA Basic Supporters (ICF-Member in good standing, but has not paid the $75 Chapter fee):

• Unlimited paid submissions ($100 + GST each)

Other Groups / Individuals (including the general public):

• Unlimited paid submissions ($150 + GST each) 

Established ICF-GTA Chapter Affiliates:

• Limited to 2 free submissions per month
• Unlimited paid submissions ($100 + GST each)

Please note:

• Submissions by ICF-GTA Full Supporters or ICF-GTA Basic Supporters will only be accepted for events they themselves are presenting. All other events will be deemed to fall under the "Other Groups / Individuals" category.
• All listings are linked to our monthly e-bulletin that is published on the last Friday of each month and emailed to all members.
• Maximum 200 words.
• Submissions will be sent to kim@gtacoaches.com in either plain text or HTML format. All graphic files should also be sent as attachments.
• Payment must be received and processed by the deadline in order for the submission to be distributed.
• Lead time: All submissions must be received and paid for by the 2nd Friday of the month.
